Responsibilities

• Comply with established schedules and ensure the opening and closing of the local branch
• Prepare food (heating tamales and preparing atole) following quality standards
• Attend to and dispatch counter orders with kindness and efficiency
• Manage orders through delivery platforms such as UberEats and Rappi
• Handle cash register operations, including cash payments and POS terminal transactions
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the premises at all times

Requirements

• Punctuality and responsibility in task fulfillment
• Strong customer service skills to provide excellent attention
• Basic computer skills to manage delivery platforms
