Construcciones Rubau has over 50 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, developing construction, concession, conservation, and maintenance activities in civil works and building projects. We operate in countries such as Mexico, Poland, and Spain.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site works including excavation, shoring, laying, assembly, and connection of pipes (concrete, PVC, cast iron, polyethylene, etc.)
• Lead and organize internal and subcontracted work teams (pipefitters, machine operators, formworkers)
• Identify and coordinate crossings with existing services (gas, electricity, telecommunications) during trench opening
• Manage the reception and stockpiling of pipes, special parts, and aggregates on-site
• Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations, acting as a Preventive Resource
• Maintain fluid communication with Site Management, Safety Coordinators, and inspectors

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and civil works
• At least 3 years of specific experience as a Site Foreman (Encargado de Obra)
• Mandatory basic level PRL course (Preventive Resource) and PRL for Intermediate Management
• Technical knowledge of shoring systems, pipe joining typologies, valve systems, and registration well execution
• Experience with specific excavation machinery in urban environments
• Availability to travel and stay overnight within the Community of Madrid and surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications

• CFGS degree in Construction or Civil Works
• Experience in railway infrastructure and track projects
