Responsibilities

• Execute and review ordinary and extraordinary payroll calculations according to the payment calendar
• Elaborate and analyze severance pay (finiquitos), ensuring correct payments and proportional discounts
• Manage personnel status changes, including transfers, promotions, and terminations via ODESSA and OLD MUTUAL portals
• Analyze and request necessary SAP configurations to address system errors, legislative requirements, or changes in benefits and salary scales
• Support the preparation of information for continuous improvement projects and payroll implementations

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administrative Informatics, Accounting, Audit, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in payroll processing
• Experience in personnel administration
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Knowledge of IMSS and INFONAVIT laws, job analysis, and taxation
