Encargado de Bodega

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure correct merchandise handling.
• Control and record inventory entries and exits to guarantee record accuracy.
• Coordinate with the logistics department for the timely reception and dispatch of products.
• Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage physical inventory and perform cycle counts to prevent shortages or surpluses.
• Train and supervise assigned warehouse personnel.
• Implement improvements in storage and merchandise handling processes.
• Report incidents, damages, or losses to management and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management and supervision.
• Knowledge of inventory control and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in basic computer tools, including Excel and ERP systems.
• High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in warehouses.
• Availability to work onsite in Zacatecas.
