About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and disassemble encapsulation equipment for operation, cleaning, and sanitizing
- Maintain standard output for products and continuously improve speed and performance
- Make equipment adjustments within SOP and training guidelines without supervision
- Communicate essential information to incoming operators during shift changes
- Participate in the Encapsulation Credentialed Training program
- Cross-train in at least two other production areas as assigned
