Encapsulation Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic encapsulation machines in a cGMP manufacturing environment
• Perform machine set-ups, breakdowns, and adjustments using hand tools
• Visually and manually inspect capsules to ensure strict quality standards
• Complete accurate and legible documentation in accordance with established guidelines
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, including machine cleaning
• Identify and report safety issues or out-of-control production events immediately
• Move and stack material buckets and load tubs to work centers as required

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Ability to perform basic shop math and algebra
• Basic computer skills
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, or food industries preferred)
• Experience working within FDA/cGMP compliance environments
