Enablement Specialist - BDR

Responsibilities

• Develop and collaborate on training content to equip BDRs for success
• Deliver instructor-led courses and webinars both virtually and in-person
• Scale customer education programs to enhance product adoption and usage
• Partner with BDR, Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to drive content engagement
• Design and implement high-value training content for the Sales lifecycle
• Review recorded calls from closed opportunities to identify training needs and increase win rates
• Manage logistics to ensure an outstanding training and onboarding experience
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to establish a central content center for sales materials

Requirements

• Two years of experience using the Addepar platform, OR 3+ years in software education, sales, BDR, or professional services roles
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of the Wealth Management industry
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Ability to tailor messaging about product value propositions to varied audiences
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360, Workramp, or Lessonly
• Experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms such as Gong or Chorus
• Experience in learning analytics and creating outcome-based learning solutions
