Responsibilities
- Lead AI-powered enablement strategy and operationalize AI agents and tools across the global GTM organization
- Architect AI agents and automated workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate rep onboarding
- Drive a data-led enablement culture using Gong analytics and performance dashboards to identify capability gaps
- Design and deliver scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs covering sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger
- Partner with Sales and AI leadership to align enablement priorities with business goals
- Expand enablement programs for new business lines such as Mirakl Ads and Connect
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflows (e.g., using Dust or equivalent)
- Proven track record of delivering enablement programs with measurable revenue impact
- Experience using tools such as Gong and Dust
- Strong command of MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies
- Proficiency in instructional design for adult learners
- Bilingual or Native English fluency
