Enablement Lead

Runlayer is a platform for MCPs, Skills, and Agents, providing purpose-built security, fine-grained governance, and complete observability for enterprises to deploy AI safely. Having raised a $30M Series A, the team is scaling rapidly to help organizations go all-in on agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding from signed offer to certified and selling
• Design, build, and run structured training programs including hands-on labs and certification gates
• Build AI-native enablement tools, including voice agents that simulate customer calls and test product knowledge
• Drive product mastery by ensuring new hires use and deploy the platform directly
• Provide ongoing readiness training for new product launches and market segment entries
• Scale enablement functions across the entire company beyond the GTM team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or GTM roles
• Proven track record of designing and building training or onboarding programs
• Strong AI-native instincts and experience using AI tools in professional workflows
• First-principles approach to problem-solving and program design
• Experience in field roles (sales or support) to maintain credibility with enabled teams
• Demonstrated history of excellence in a specific discipline or field

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience carrying a sales quota
• Experience as an early or first enablement hire building a function from scratch
• Experience building or shipping products involving AI agents, voice agents, or LLM tooling
• Based in or willing to work in NYC
