EMT

Responsibilities

• Provide quality healthcare services to residents, including emergency medical treatments and life-sustaining interventions
• Perform initial and detailed medical assessments and manage medication delivery
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for behavioral health clients
• Oversee shift activity, including resident safety, movement, and programming
• Support residential services through direct patient care and administrative tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• National EMT License or Washington EMT license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to complete all required medical, company, and facility contract requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as an EMT
• 1 year of previous experience working with populations involving substance use and/or mental health disorders
