About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide quality healthcare services, including emergency medical treatments and life-sustaining interventions
- Perform initial and detailed medical assessments and manage medication delivery
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for behavioral health clients
- Oversee shift activity, including resident safety, movement, and programming
- Support residential services through direct patient care and administrative tasks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- National EMT License or Washington EMT license in good standing
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to complete all required medical, company, and facility contract requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of previous experience as an EMT
- 1 year of previous experience working with populations experiencing substance use and/or mental health disorders
