EMSR Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation of EMSR systems in cleanrooms through maintenance, calibration, and precise repair measures
• Install, test, and supervise highly sensitive sensor and measurement technology for stable processes
• Monitor and optimize building management and monitoring systems (e.g., AVEVA PI) and resolve faults
• Support the diagnosis, adjustment, and continuous development of PLC systems
• Document all measures in compliance with GMP and assist in qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ATEX-compliant solutions

Requirements

• Completed training in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or similar
• Experience in EMSR technology, ideally in a regulated industry (Pharma, MedTech, Chemical, or Food)
• Knowledge of sensor technology, Ex-i and NAMUR technology, and PLC systems (e.g., Siemens S7, WAGO, Beckhoff)
• Practical experience with building management systems (GLT) and monitoring systems (e.g., AVEVA PI) and cleanroom operations
• Structured working style, team spirit, and quality awareness
• Willingness to work in a GMP environment, two-shift operation, and on-call service
