About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the performance of a strategic international panel of EMS suppliers focusing on quality, cost, delivery, and technical requirements.
  • Drive commercial and contractual relationships in alignment with Group sourcing strategies.
  • Build long-term partnerships oriented toward innovation, performance, and value creation.
  • Lead complex RFQs by integrating technical, industrial, and commercial requirements.
  • Act as the primary procurement contact for internal teams including engineering, quality, supply chain, and project management.
  • Achieve cost reduction targets through annual price negotiations and monitoring Price Purchase Variance (PPV).
  • Identify competitiveness levers such as supplier productivity, VA/VE, resourcing, and dual sourcing.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial purchasing, ideally within the EMS, electronics, or a complex industrial environment.
  • Proven experience managing a strategic purchasing portfolio valued at several tens of millions of euros.
  • Strong negotiation skills within multicultural and matrixed organizational contexts.
  • Solid understanding of technical, industrial, and contractual challenges.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a business-oriented mindset.
