About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Technical Support Team with basic EMR troubleshooting and issue replication
  • Assist with documentation and understanding of EMR workflows
  • Gain hands-on exposure to real-world healthcare technology environments
  • Learn the support ticket lifecycle and issue management processes

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree
  • Basic understanding of IT fundamentals or software application troubleshooting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and a strong willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work night shifts (8pm-5am) from the Mumbai (Vikhroli) office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in pursuing a career in Healthcare IT
  • Strong attention to detail when documenting technical issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
