About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Support Team with basic EMR troubleshooting and issue replication
- Assist with documentation and understanding of EMR workflows
- Gain hands-on exposure to real-world healthcare technology environments
- Learn the support ticket lifecycle and issue management processes
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree
- Basic understanding of IT fundamentals or software application troubleshooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset and a strong willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work night shifts (8pm-5am) from the Mumbai (Vikhroli) office
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in pursuing a career in Healthcare IT
- Strong attention to detail when documenting technical issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
