About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform independent repair, maintenance, and upkeep tasks on EMR components within automated production facilities and buildings
- Conduct safety inspections of EMR components and circuits in accordance with functional safety testing instructions
- Execute assembly, installation, and commissioning work for new systems and plant modifications
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on bus and process control systems in collaboration with plant technology teams
- Carry out minor mechanical tasks as required
Requirements
- Completed training as an energy plant technician, process control electronics technician, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience working in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of industrial bus systems and the PCS7 process control system is highly desirable
- Strong safety awareness and a highly independent, responsible working style
- Willingness to participate in the EMR on-call service rotation
