Employment & Training Support Professional 2

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities
• Work alongside individuals with disabilities in worksite or community-based settings
• Implement employment plans to maximize worker progress
• Ensure job tasks are performed to required specifications

Requirements

• High School/GED or Hi-SET
• 1 year of related experience or training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet
• Valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience and a good record
• Ability to travel within the region to residential settings and employers
• Availability for 25 hours per week between 9:00am-2:30pm

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of human service experience
• Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations
• Experience with OPWDD Day Habilitation and employment programs
