Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities
• Work alongside individuals with disabilities in worksite or community-based employer settings
• Implement employment plans designed to maximize worker progress
• Ensure job tasks are performed to required specifications

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable vehicle for travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and email
• Ability to travel within the region to access employers and community organizations
