Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find meaningful employment
• Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients
• Place clients into sustainable employment to achieve positive outcomes
• Ensure all activities are appropriately recorded and adhere to compliance and contractual requirements
• Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Ability to work towards KPIs and achieve sustainable employment placements
• Current Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges
• Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
