Employment Services Role

Responsibilities

• Motivate and empower clients to achieve meaningful employment through personalized support
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
• Place clients into sustainable employment that leads to long-term outcomes
• Ensure all client activities are accurately recorded and adhere to compliance requirements
• Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Experience working with people overcoming various challenges
• Strong stakeholder liaison skills with the ability to communicate confidently
• Ability to work towards KPIs and drive successful employment placements
• Current Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
