About the role
Responsibilities
- Motivate and empower clients to find meaningful employment through personalized support
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
- Place clients into sustainable employment that leads to long-term outcomes
- Ensure all client activities are accurately recorded and comply with contractual requirements
- Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Experience working with individuals overcoming challenges or complex needs
- Strong stakeholder liaison skills with the ability to communicate with diverse groups
- Ability to work towards KPIs and drive successful employment placements
- Current Driver's Licence
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
