Employment Services Role

Responsibilities

• Motivate and empower clients to achieve meaningful employment through personalized support
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
• Place clients into sustainable employment that leads to long-term outcomes
• Ensure all client activities are accurately recorded and comply with contractual requirements
• Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Ability to work towards KPIs and achieve placement goals
• Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with individuals overcoming personal or professional challenges
• Strong communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders
