Employment Law Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from pre-litigation through litigation, including pre-suit responsibilities and senior attorney duties post-filing
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
• Guide clients through the case process and maintain strong client relationships
• Interact with expert witnesses, draft expert reports and affidavits
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

• J.D. from a fully ABA-accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the bar in your state
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter motivated by long-term career goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wage and hour claims
