Employment Law Attorney

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to litigation
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memorandum
• Guiding clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the bar in the state of practice
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wage and hour claims
