About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle cases from pre-litigation through litigation, trial preparation, and trial
- Manage the pre-suit process and assist senior attorneys once claims file suit
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
- Guide clients through the case process
- Coordinate with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Requirements
- J.D. from a fully ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Experience with wage and hour claims
