About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to create diverse employment opportunities
  • Develop connections with local stakeholders, community organisations, and service providers to strengthen referral pathways
  • Support participants with workplace adjustments and ongoing employment needs to ensure long-term success
  • Deliver employer engagement and business development activities to promote inclusive hiring practices
  • Generate direct registrations through proactive community outreach and engagement
  • Support program delivery to achieve participant outcomes and meet service targets
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all program requirements

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Employment Services, or a similar field (or currently working towards it)
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable people and/or people with disability
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and community stakeholders
  • Experience supporting participants to overcome employment barriers using a person-centred approach
  • Current driver’s licence and a willingness to travel across the region as required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet performance targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in employment services, case management, or a similar field
  • Background in sales, business development, or employer engagement
