About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct RESEA initial and final reviews, including career action planning and job search assessments
- Review claimant work search activities and provide guidance on effective strategies
- Manage a caseload of participants providing individualized coaching, counseling, and mentoring
- Develop and maintain individualized employment plans with short- and long-term goals
- Review resumes and facilitate access to training opportunities and education programs
- Maintain accurate participant records and ensure compliance with program requirements
- Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to support job placement
Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Services, Education, Workforce Development, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in workforce development or case management preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation
- Familiarity with local labor market trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
