Responsibilities

  • Preside over Comité Social et Économique (CSE) meetings in France and manage all official documentation and legal notices.
  • Lead negotiations with employee representatives and trade unions to ensure a constructive social climate.
  • Advise on cross-jurisdictional compliance and standardize global employment contract templates.
  • Manage regional litigation, terminations, and employee grievances.
  • Support the legal implementation of AI, automation, and digital HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with privacy and product teams on AI governance and employment data protection.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with EMEA experience, specifically in France.
  • Professional fluency in French and English.
  • 4–6 years of dedicated employment law experience, including French labor law.
  • Experience supporting global businesses across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide commercial, risk-aware advice.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI governance and workplace technology regulations.
