About the role
Responsibilities
- Undertake a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work with a focus on tribunal claims
- Provide day to day employee relations advice to clients in retail, consumer, developer, energy, and infrastructure sectors
- Engage in direct client contact and business development
- Deliver training for clients and work collaboratively across geographic locations
Requirements
- Experience in employment law including general advisory and litigation
- Ability to provide solutions-led, agile, and flexible legal advice
- Ideally possess sector knowledge in retail, consumer, or charity sectors
