Employment Associate

Responsibilities

• Undertake a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work with a focus on tribunal claims
• Provide day to day employee relations advice to clients in retail, consumer, developer, energy, and infrastructure sectors
• Engage in direct client contact and business development
• Deliver training for clients and work collaboratively across geographic locations

Requirements

• Experience in employment law including general advisory and litigation
• Ability to provide solutions-led, agile, and flexible legal advice
• Ideally possess sector knowledge in retail, consumer, or charity sectors
