Employer Branding Specialist

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of employer branding campaigns and ensure timely delivery of assets
• Support the preparation, formatting, and publishing of content across careers websites and social media
• Create visual and social content using tools such as Canva or Figma
• Collaborate with the Design team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
• Manage logistics for employer branding events, career fairs, and internal activations
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing teams to execute branding activities
• Maintain campaign calendars, content plans, and asset libraries
• Gather data and feedback on campaign performance and engagement

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications
• Experience in a fast-paced or international environment
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
• Proficiency with design or content creation tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mindset
