Employer Branding Partner

Responsibilities

• Execute data-driven employer branding solutions to increase value for candidates, applicants, and employees
• Deliver and adapt branding projects across markets, including campaign activation and communication
• Use data and tools to support decision-making and achieve set recruitment and engagement targets
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor industry trends and propose relevant improvements to the organization's branding strategy
• Support special projects as directed by the Group Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding

Requirements

• University degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or similar fields
• Strong project management, event management, and presentation skills
• Excellent copywriting skills and basic graphic design capabilities
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong data literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design software
• Employer Branding certification
• Knowledge of PowerBI
