Employer Branding Manager

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of employer brand campaigns
• Plan and manage a diverse range of events including career fairs, industry conferences, and sponsorships
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Internal Communications teams
• Develop compelling storytelling to translate brand values and EVP into engaging narratives
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events using relevant metrics
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all activities reinforce the company’s EVP
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or events management
• Proven ability to design and deliver multi-channel campaigns
• Strong storytelling and project management skills
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies
• Familiarity with employer brand measurement tools and data-driven decision making
