Employer Branding Intern

Responsibilities

• Promote Dubizzle Labs as a great place to work through creative employer branding campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams on branding ideas and execution
• Create engaging posts for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Develop content such as employee spotlights, office culture posts, and short videos
• Design simple graphics and visuals for branding campaigns
• Assist in organizing career fairs, university engagement activities, and internal events
• Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content during events
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance
• Research employer branding trends and share new ideas with the team

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field
• Passion for social media, content creation, and creative storytelling
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Organized, curious, and eager to learn
• Enjoy working with people and bringing creative ideas to life

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic video editing tools
• Experience managing social media pages or content
