Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for a diverse recruiting event portfolio, including industry conferences, technical hackathons, and open houses
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop creative employer brand campaigns
- Oversee the careers site and employer brand presence across social media and recruiting tools
- Partner with executive stakeholders and Recruiting Managers to align event goals with hiring needs
- Measure event success through hire conversion rates, pipeline quality, and brand reach
Requirements
- 7+ years in recruiting and project management combined
- Strong background in full-cycle recruiting
- Proven track record of executing complex projects on time and under budget
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to leverage data to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a start-up or hyper-growth environment
- Experience recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, aviation, robotics, or software
- Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite
