Employer Brand and Recruiting Events Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for a diverse recruiting event portfolio, including industry conferences, technical hackathons, and open houses
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop creative employer brand campaigns
• Oversee the careers site and employer brand presence across social media and recruiting tools
• Partner with executive stakeholders and Recruiting Managers to align event goals with hiring needs
• Measure event success through hire conversion rates, pipeline quality, and brand reach

Requirements

• 7+ years in recruiting and project management combined
• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting
• Proven track record of executing complex projects on time and under budget
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to leverage data to evaluate campaign effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a start-up or hyper-growth environment
• Experience recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, aviation, robotics, or software
• Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite
