Employee Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide support and coaching for HR Solutions inquiries via email, telephony, and on-demand channels.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external partners, including employees, retirees, and vendors, regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assess the complexity of employee inquiries to provide direct answers or escalate to appropriate parties.
• Act in an advisory role by providing end-user support for HR systems and promoting self-service functionalities.
• Utilize knowledge and case management systems to document, monitor, and resolve inquiries within established SLAs.
• Identify service deficiencies and recommend process improvements to HR Experience Managers.
• Ensure adherence to operational risk, regulatory compliance, and business control frameworks.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level.
• Proven experience working in a service center or call center environment.
• Solid knowledge of HR transactions and organizational structures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in a standard office environment with non-standard hours as required.
