About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end case management for employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, grievances, and absence management.
  • Act as a consultative partner to managers and leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment law.
  • Support TUPE and redundancy projects, ensuring due diligence and consistency through data analysis and project management.
  • Identify ER trends and develop HR guidance, tools, and templates to improve organizational approaches.
  • Facilitate termination and exit processes for involuntary separations.
  • Drive training programs and ideas to foster a fair, respectful, and constructive employee relations culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a Human Resources function with a specific focus on Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, including TUPE, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and collective consultation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
