About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end case management for employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, grievances, and absence management.
- Act as a consultative partner to managers and leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment law.
- Support TUPE and redundancy projects, ensuring due diligence and consistency through data analysis and project management.
- Identify ER trends and develop HR guidance, tools, and templates to improve organizational approaches.
- Facilitate termination and exit processes for involuntary separations.
- Drive training programs and ideas to foster a fair, respectful, and constructive employee relations culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience within a Human Resources function with a specific focus on Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, including TUPE, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and collective consultation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
