Employee Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with ER, Employment Law, and People Operations on company-wide policy and compliance
• Track and manage global employment compliance requirements and government reporting obligations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of compliance initiatives
• Schedule required trainings, track attendance, and maintain auditable records
• Support the rollout and scaling of training programs across regions
• Collaborate with People Technology to support Workday Learning integration
• Standardize and maintain key employee documentation including offer letters and policies
• Manage and triage employee concerns raised through company channels
• Support documentation and tracking of ER-related matters

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Employment Law, Employee Relations, or People Operations
• Foundational understanding of employee relations and HR compliance for global populations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
