About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with ER, Employment Law, and People Operations on company-wide policy and compliance
- Track and manage global employment compliance requirements and government reporting obligations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of compliance initiatives
- Schedule required trainings, track attendance, and maintain auditable records
- Support the rollout and scaling of training programs across regions
- Collaborate with People Technology to support Workday Learning integration
- Standardize and maintain key employee documentation including offer letters and policies
- Manage and triage employee concerns raised through company channels
- Support documentation and tracking of ER-related matters
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Employment Law, Employee Relations, or People Operations
- Foundational understanding of employee relations and HR compliance for global populations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
