Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and HR partners on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance concerns.
  • Guide managers through complex employee situations by assessing risks and ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant decision-making.
  • Lead and manage Employee Relations matters within the organization in line with labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Support leaders in preparing for sensitive employee conversations, disciplinary meetings, and conflict resolution discussions.
  • Facilitate workplace conflict resolution through mediation and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Coach managers on effective people management practices and handling difficult conversations.
  • Identify recurring employee relations themes and recommend improvements to processes, policies, or management practices.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR leadership on high-risk or complex employee relations situations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, HR Business Partnering, or a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and disciplinary frameworks.
  • Proven experience supporting managers in handling complex employee relations matters.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to navigate sensitive situations with high integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and advisory capabilities.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach and strong risk awareness.
