About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management, and terminations
  • Conduct internal workplace investigations ensuring a timely and objective approach in line with employment law and company policies
  • Provide guidance to managers and HR Business Partners on day-to-day employee relations matters
  • Ensure consistent application of and compliance with internal company policies and procedures
  • Liaise with the Legal team and other relevant stakeholders as required
  • Maintain and update employee relations case records with strict confidentiality
  • Monitor employee relations trends and report findings to line management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably specializing in Employee Relations
  • Proven experience supporting internal investigations and disciplinary processes
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in the English language
