Employee Relations Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all employee relations matters across Thailand
• Lead and manage complex ER cases including misconduct, grievances, performance management, and labor disputes
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide actionable recommendations
• Act as the lead HR representative for regional union and labor relations matters
• Coach business leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and documentation standards
• Develop scalable manager education and preventative ER programs
• Maintain weekly ER/IR reports and provide data-driven insights

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Thailand employment law and labor relations practices
• At least 8 years of ER/IR working experience
• Fluency in English and Thai
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in union management or labor relations
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience influencing senior leaders in a matrixed multinational environment
