About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all employee relations matters across Thailand
- Lead and manage complex ER cases including misconduct, grievances, performance management, and labor disputes
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide actionable recommendations
- Act as the lead HR representative for regional union and labor relations matters
- Coach business leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and documentation standards
- Develop scalable manager education and preventative ER programs
- Maintain weekly ER/IR reports and provide data-driven insights
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Thailand employment law and labor relations practices
- At least 8 years of ER/IR working experience
- Fluency in English and Thai
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in union management or labor relations
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience influencing senior leaders in a matrixed multinational environment
