Employee Relations Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for 2nd shift (M-F 1pm-10pm) addressing complex employee relations issues, including performance coaching and conflict resolution
• Conduct and review internal investigations regarding workplace conduct, performance issues, and terminations
• Provide guidance on company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices to ensure compliance
• Maintain thorough documentation of all cases, investigations, and corrective actions
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Centers of Excellence to implement effective HR solutions
• Identify employee relations trends and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employee relations, investigations, or a similar HR role
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with high levels of confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
