Employee Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, timely, and impartial investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and best practices to promote a safe work environment
• Provide guidance to managers on resolving team conflicts, addressing performance issues, and issuing disciplinary actions
• Oversee performance management processes, including the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
• Manage multiple, complex employee relations cases and accommodations in a fast-paced environment
• Act as a liaison with legal counsel and compliance departments as required
• Implement conflict resolution strategies to maintain a professional work environment

Requirements

• BS/BA in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations
• Proven experience investigating and managing complex cases related to harassment, discrimination, and workplace compliance
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and wage and hour regulations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present reports and training concisely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience using case management software such as ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP
