Employee Relations Manager LATAM

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Employee Relations investigations across LATAM, ensuring timely, thorough, and consistent case management.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance and coaching to HR teams and leaders on investigations, workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and policy application.
• Analyze investigation trends and employee relations data to identify risks, patterns, and proactive improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and delivery of Employee Relations training and contribute to policy enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR with a strong focus on Employee Relations and conducting complex, sensitive investigations.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM labor and employment law, with specific expertise in Brazil.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
• Previous experience in people leadership roles.
