Employee Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal investigations involving workplace complaints or concerns
• Serve as a discreet point of contact for sensitive or emotionally charged situations
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and People Operations to apply workplace policies fairly
• Act as a sounding board for managers navigating performance concerns and policy questions
• Apply federal and Colorado-specific employment law in day-to-day ER work
• Support the delivery of manager training on conflict resolution and documentation
• Flag early signs of morale issues or cultural concerns to senior team members

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR generalist or employee relations experience
• Experience with investigations and performance management
• Working knowledge of federal employment law
• Familiarity with Colorado labor law preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel periodically (up to 10–15%)
• Must be based in Denver, CO
