Employee Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist with internal investigations regarding workplace complaints
• Serve as a discreet point of contact for sensitive or emotionally charged employee situations
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and People Operations to ensure consistent policy application
• Act as a sounding board for managers regarding performance concerns and policy questions
• Apply federal and Colorado-specific employment laws to day-to-day ER work
• Support the delivery of manager training on conflict resolution and documentation
• Monitor workplace dynamics to flag potential morale or cultural issues

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR generalist or employee relations experience
• Experience with investigations and performance management
• Working knowledge of federal employment law
• Familiarity with Colorado labor law preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10–15%
• Must be based in Denver, CO
