Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on compliance and company policies and procedures
• Coach, counsel, and guide managers in managing poor performance and misconduct cases
• Support managers in the execution and tracking of disciplinary actions according to local laws
• Handle terminations and ensure proper documentation to minimize labor claim risks
• Conduct impartial investigations into grievances and identify trends for procedural improvements
• Manage employee relations case timelines and deliverables
• Analyze performance management data to develop recommendations for policy revisions and training
• Act as an HR Business Partner to dedicated departments to share actionable insights
• Spearhead automation and improvements for internal processes like performance management and offboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering/Generalist roles
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and workforce reduction projects
• Experience handling complex ER issues
• Fluency in written and spoken English
