About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases across the EMEA region, including workplace investigations and case resolution.
- Partner with P&C Business Partners, managers, and Legal to provide guidance on policy application and risk mitigation.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies in compliance with local labor laws and country-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders regarding Works Councils and employee representative body requirements.
- Support the development, review, and regional alignment of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain policy and compliance content within ServiceNow to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Monitor employee relations trends and compliance risks, escalating systemic concerns as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, or HR operations.
- Proven experience supporting HR operations across multiple European countries.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, regional labor laws, and employment practices across the EMEA region.
- Familiarity with Works Councils and employee representation structures.
- Experience conducting or supporting employee relations investigations and case management.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a shared services, HR operations, or matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar case management and knowledge management platforms.
