Employee Relations Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Advisor, owning end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) matters within dedicated business functions.
• Support Wisers and Leads through complex situations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Partner with global ER Advisors on cross-geographical cases, navigating DEI and legal complexities.
• Analyze ER data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the Senior Leadership team.
• Proactively monitor local employment laws to ensure company policies and processes remain compliant.
• Review and improve operational processes across the employee lifecycle to help the People team scale.
• Deliver People-related training sessions to upskill Leads and address identified knowledge gaps.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Advisory within a fast-paced environment.
• Subject matter expertise in employment law and providing ER advice.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use facts and insights to solve problems.
• High level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Workday.
• Ability to remain calm and courageous in challenging or ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Regional employment law experience within the APAC region.
