Employee Relations Advisor

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high volume of complex employee relations cases from intake through closure, ensuring timely and well-documented outcomes.
• Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Lead the end-to-end ADA interactive process, including medical review and determination of reasonable accommodations.
• Partner with HR, legal, and business leaders to ensure compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other employment regulations.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders on employee conduct, performance concerns, and corrective actions.
• Identify systemic trends and recommend improvements to ER processes, policies, and training.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the case management system to support quality records and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience conducting internal employee relations investigations.
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing ADA and FMLA processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with high integrity and discretion.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes through coaching and collaboration.
