About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues, policy questions, or performance management.
- Conduct initial assessments of employee relations cases and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of company policies.
- Partner with site leadership and HR to facilitate early intervention and resolution of employee concerns.
- Maintain thorough case documentation in the case management system while adhering to SLAs.
- Coach managers on routine employee relations matters to ensure effective and fair handling of workplace situations.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of employee relations processes and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in employee relations or HR.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
