Responsibilities

  • Execute recurring compensation update processes including internal mobility, performance cycles, and bonus/equity issuance
  • Own end-to-end employee data changes in HRIS and connected systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and proactive error identification across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for benefits administration and enrollment accuracy
  • Create and maintain thorough SOPs and process documentation for all recurring workflows

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in an operational, administrative, or people-focused role
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data management platforms and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to resolving or improving workflows
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with compensation data processes (internal mobility, bonus cycles, equity administration)
  • Familiarity with benefits administration or enrollment reconciliation
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Paylocity
  • Exposure to automation tools or AI-assisted workflows
  • Background in a high-growth tech or fintech company
